Project Owner:  Intercontinental Hotel
Prime: No
Subcontract: Yes / Makai Ocean Engineering, Inc.

Makai Ocean Engineering contracted OIC to supply the data acquisition and processing for a proposed pipeline route that would run from the shore installation to approximately 1,000 meters depth, several miles offshore.  In March of 2003, OIC executed a hull-mounted multibeam survey using the Reson 8111 multibeam echo sounder. The multibeam survey produced a map of the area offshore from the East Coast of Bora Bora at five meters (or better) resolution. OIC conducted data acquisition via our proprietary GeoDAS software; data were processed by OIC using our proprietary software GeoDAS-Desktop.
